BDS Suspension 6in Lift Kit - Cast Arms

The BDS 6" Suspension Lit Kit is available for those of you who want to go monster truck status. This kit features the new ductile cast iron replacement steering knuckles that are a high-clearance design. and this kit has the full width lower control arm crossmembers.  These components create a proper geometry that can deliver performance on the off-road but it is still compliant with the factory traction control system. 

This system also works well with the newly redesigned electric power steering system that is standard on 2014 and newer models. The front differential is relocated to allow the correct angles of the CV axles, and to allow the use of the factory front driveshaft. The 3-piece differential drop system keeps the differential in place, and a front skid plate is included to keep the underside protected from trail debris. 

Also included are replacement front struts which provide the lift for the front. Replacement tie rod ends and sway bar links are also included for the front to bring everything together. In the rear, a block and u-bolt setup will level the rear with the front. 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Strut compressor required

ONLY FITS TRUCKS WITH CAST STEEL CONTROL ARMS

Requires frame bracket modification

Requires differential modification to clear electric power steering

Will not fit MagneRide magnetic ride control equipped models

Factory 17" & 18" wheels cannot be reinstalled due to tie rod end interference

All-wheel-drive models require driveline modification
