JKS Shock Bar Pin Eliminator Kit Front

The JKS Bar Pin Eliminators prevent premature wear on the shock absorber bushings by providing more lateral compression, or preload. This will extend the life of the bushings, and help reduce the impact forces to the shock absorbers. 

The JKS Bar Pin Eliminators have been crafted from premium grade, zinc plated steel, and they have been designed to provide the bushings with the recommended amount of crush specified by bushing manufactures. But because of the smooth machined surfaces of the Bar Pin Eliminator, you will have reduced friction at the bushing surface, unlike conventional metal components that will create corrosion overtime, damaging the bushing.  And unlike other designs, the JKS Bar Pin Eliminators benefit the suspension by designing these to mount to the vehicle in alignment with the suspension movement, taking advantage of the bushing rotation, and reducing stress on both the shock absorber, and the bushings. 

Note: The installation of Bar Pin Eliminators effectively reduces the static length of the shock absorber by 0.40”.
