sPod 8 Circuit SE System w/Touchscreen

The sPOD 8 Circuit SE System is a fully programmable digital controlled system that features the latest touch screen technology to provide users with a modern touch to their interior.
This is a control module with a 3.5” LED backlit TFT LCD screen that has a resolution of 320X240, with 16.7m colors, and a viewing angle of 180°. All of this is encased in a billet aluminum case with a 1” RAM mount that has been installed on the back panel. For your convenience, the connection between the touch screen and the Source utilizes a compact 90° 3.5mm standard 4 pin audio jack with a RJ-45 Ethernet plug on the Source end. The standard cable length will be 12 feet.

You can customize the switches on the screen for dimming, strobe, flash, momentary, switch linking, as well as on road, and off road mode of operations. 

Here are some additional features of the multiple source control which can control up to 32 circuits:

•    Voltage feedback that will monito the vehicle’s battery and alternator voltage
•    Source board temperature feedback
•    Automatic power off function after 10 minutes of being active
•    One touch screen off function
•    One second hold off button will shut all circuits down
•    Automatic system shut down when touchscreen has been unplugged
•    Two ports for connection, located on the top, as well as the bottom
•    Screen can be daisychained for additional remote operations, users can add up to 3 touchscreens

The fully programmable digital controlled system also features 8 circuits rated at 30 amps at 12.5VDC per circuit that are end-user friendly that has a terminal block for attaching more accessories.
It has an implemented low voltage cutoff battery protection circuit that has a spec voltage cutoff at 11.2 VCD with a 2 minute delay before shutting down the Source. This is convenient when you have accessories operating when the vehicle is not running. When the vehicle is started, the accessories can be used again. The low voltage battery protection circuit can be turned off using the DIP switches. 

The sPOD 8 Circuit SE System will protect from 1.5 amps, and upwards of 30 amps automatically without worrying what fuse to install. This is a part of the failsafe self-healing with a fault protection system. The fuses have been eliminated for the sake of all accessor outputs, and have been replaced with current-sensing MOSFETs which is controlled by a microprocessor which is great for low maintenance trouble shooting.
