The BullDog Winch Mounting Plate and Fiarlead Plate has been designed to fit vehicles with the 10th anniversary Edition OE bumper. The Bulldog design converts the steel bumper to allow the installation of a winch with high grade, corrison resistant materials to ensure long lasting durabilty. Bulldog Winch also includes the necessary brackets and hardware required to move the vacuum pump which is required to run a winch. Hardware is supplied to make for a ready installation.

Yeah, going to unfortunately agree with the other review. This doesn't fit and I'll have to grind down the winch plate to get it in. Super frustrating.
Item didn't fit. Too wide for the frame and needs a LOT of work. Bulldog's Customer Service said they sold thousands (yeah right..) and never had an issue when I personally found online complaints about the same issue that I had. This line seams to be the norm nowadays with junk companies. Bob the manager went on the phone line and was very defensive and rude, when I asked for exact measurement of the part in order to check if the part I have was defective he said, I want you to return this product and buy it from somebody else... what?? He WANTS me!, not may I offer our help? not Would you like a replacement? not Would you like to return the item? I guess this is what happens when you base your business on imported junk... you have to have a customer service on the same level... There are many companies who put out great higher quality products and care about their clients so I strongly suggest to skip this brand and look somewhere else. Just awful..

i have a smittybilt xrc9500 winch. do i need the offset mount for this or can i use the bulldog one? thanks

A: From Bulldog Winch: "We designed this plate with 2 winch mounting positions: 1) Offset to driver side to match original bumper offset fairlead position 2) Centered. If you mount the winch in the center position you will use the fairlead plate included in this kit and trim out the fairlead hole on the bumper"

A: Yes, it will accommodate the VR10, and yes, it include the vacuum pump relocation bracket.
