Ordering Process

METHODS OF ORDERING:

You can order products from Northridge 4x4® through our online catalog or by phone:

METHODS OF PAYMENT:

We accept Amex, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Affirm. All orders are charged at the time of the order. 

CHANGE MY ORDER:

If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, simply send us an email explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to modify or change your order.

CANCEL MY ORDER:

If the item you ordered was in stock at the time you placed your order, chances are you will not be able to cancel your order after you've placed it. Our system sends that order immediately to ship. If your order isn't in stock and hasn't shipped, please email Northridge4x4 at customerservice@northridge4x4.comOrders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled, and you will need to begin our RMA process by emailing customerservice@northridge4x4.com to have the item returned. NO CANCELLATIONS of Road Armor products after 48 hours of order being placed. 

BACK ORDERS:


Since we are a Master Warehouse Distributor we carry a huge amount of inventory. Sometimes, however, an item will be in short supply. Our website shows live inventory and if something is not in stock it will state that. It will also give you an estimated ship date.

COUPON REDEMPTION:

If you have a coupon, you may redeem it in your shopping cart. Simply enter the coupon code and hit "Submit". You will see the coupon deducted from your total amount.

All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees.

Q. Is a secure server used for my orders?

A. Yes. Northridge4x4® uses a PCI compliant server to host our online store. We utilize sage payment services and encrypt the transmission of all credit card and personal customer information using the Internet-standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

Q. Do you ship outside of Canada?

A. Northridge4x4® Canada only ships within Canada for other countries please contact Northridge4x4 USA at (866) 601-5340.

Q. Do you ship to an apartment?

A. If you provide an apartment address as your ship to destination, this is at your own risk. Northridge4x4 will not be liable for loss or theft.

Q. Do you ship same day?

A. Orders received before 12:00 (Noon) Mountain Time will ship the same business day on in stock items.

Q. Is Next Day Shipping available?

A. Yes, on in stock products. Next day air starts after it is processed (payment approved) and shipped.

Q. What happens if I select Next Day shipping on a product not in stock?

A. Your product will not ship next day until it is in stock. Once it is in stock, we will ship it Next Day.

Q. How accurate are the lead times for products not in stock?

A. We do our best to ensure accurate information, however lead times are an estimated timeline based on our experience with the manufacturer. 

Q. What happens with back orders?

A. You will be notified by email if an order cannot ship in a timely manner.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. All returns require prior authorization. Northridge4x4® will only accept new, unopened items for return. We are unable to accept ANY electrical item, including lights for return, NO EXCEPTIONS. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Northridge4x4® within SEVEN (7) Days of receiving your merchandise in order to receive a cash refund. Any return after SEVEN (7) days will be eligible for an in-store credit. No return received after 30 days will be accepted.
