Received the Wrong Product
If you received the wrong product, contact our Customer Service department by calling 866-601-5340 or by email at email@example.com, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Time. We will resolve the issue as fast as possible.
Received Damaged or Missing Parts
If your package was delivered to you damaged or missing parts, please call the carrier who delivered your package immediately to document the concern. Then, take pictures of the damaged parts and email them to our Customer Service Department at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your sales order number and the name the order was placed under. Our customer service department will then contact you as soon as possible.
*ALL PACKAGES RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA WILL BE REFUSED*
-Returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date, NO EXCEPTIONS.
-A refund will only be made if your request for an RMA is obtained within seven (7) days of receiving the item(s). Any return after seven (7) days will only be eligible for in-store credit.
-No returns will be accepted on opened, installed, or otherwise used products due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing, off-road, and performance vehicles.
-No returns on apparel.
-All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number, and may include a 30% restocking fee.
-Original shipping and freight charges are strictly non-refundable, this includes orders which qualified for our Free Shipping Promotion.
-You will be responsible for paying any return freight charges.
-An RMA number can be obtained from Northridge4x4 by either logging into your account and selecting to return a previous order in your order history or by sending an email to email@example.com with your name, invoice number, and part number of the item(s) you’re returning.
-DO NOT USE MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING CONTAINER.
-Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Northridge4x4 are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Failure to comply with the terms stated herein, as well as those stated on the RMA form, may result in delayed return processing and/or refusal of returned packages.
-For more information regarding our refund or freight refund policy, please refer to the Product Refunds section below.
*ALL RETURNS MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR PONOKA LOCATION AND ARE SUBJECT TO A RESTOCKING FEE OF UP TO 30%. IF A RETURN IS SENT TO ANY OTHER NORTHRIDGE4X4 LOCATION IT WILL BE REFUSED.
-RMA’s issued within seven (7) days of receiving the item will have a refund processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original form of payment.
-RMA’s issued after the seven (7) days of being received, but within the 30 days of being invoiced will have an in-store credit applied to their Northridge4x4 account which is good for future Northridge4x4 purchases.
-DO NOT USE MANUFACTURERS PACKAGING AS A SHIPPING CONTAINER.
-Once your return shipment has been received and approved your return will be processed.
-The refund will most likely appear on your credit statement within 1-5 business days, depending on your bank's processing practices.
-Please keep in mind that only returns which meet all RMA conditions and return policy requirements will be eligible for a refund.
-Northridge4x4 does not refund shipping charges for returned items, and orders which qualified for our Free Shipping Promotion will not receive a refund for the credited shipping charges.
-Any customs or duties charges incurred upon returning an international shipment will be charged to the original form of payment.
-Refused or undeliverable orders may also be subject to return freight fees, duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees. If you have any questions regarding the refund process, please contact one of our customer service representatives.
-Northridge4x4 does not offer any type of warranty coverage for defective products. However, the majority of the products available through our website are covered separately under a manufacturer's warranty.
-If you recently purchased a product from Northridge4x4 and are concerned about the fitment or performance of your item, please contact a member of our customer service department for assistance. Our customer service representatives can provide installation support, troubleshooting advice, and assistance identifying the possibility of any manufacturer defects.
-If we suspect your product does have serious defects, our customer service department can serve as a contact with the manufacturer to help arrange a warranty inspection and, if applicable, any necessary repairs or replacement shipments.
-If you wish, you may also contact the manufacturer directly for information regarding product eligibility and specific terms and conditions of warranty coverage.
-Northridge4x4 does not cover miscellaneous expenses including, but not limited to labor costs for removal and installation of a defective part, materials, lost time or wages, towing, lift, dock or storage fees.
-Northridge4x4 shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages as a result of product defects.
NON RETURNABLE - Clearance Items, Special Orders, Custom Orders, Scratch and Dent Items
Northridge4x4 often sells items that are not eligible for return. These items include tires and wheels that have been mounted, any electrical items including lights, custom items, special order items or items labeled as clearance or scratch and dent. These item sales are considered final and no returns or refunds will be granted. The buyer assumes responsibility for any and all risks that may be associated with purchasing said items. While the clearance or scratch and dent items have been tested for basic functionality, they may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings, or dents. Should any items prove defective in either quality or performance after the sale is complete, the buyer assumes responsibility for the cost of all necessary servicing or repairs and agrees to absolve both Northridge4x4 and the manufacturer from any and all responsibility, unless otherwise required by law. Clearance or scratch and dent items are not covered by any type of 30-day warranty or satisfaction guarantee.
Gift Cards cannot be returned and may not be redeemed for cash. Northridge4x4 Gift Cards are issued and managed by Northridge4x4 and can only be applied to purchases from Northridge4x4.ca, or local a Northridge4x4 storefront. Northridge4x4 is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without permission. Additional payment will be required if the purchase price of a new order/product exceeds the value of the Gift Card. Gift Cards are not for resale. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Gift Card terms and conditions are subject to change without notice. To check your gift card balance, please use the Gift Card Balance utility at the bottom of our website.
REFUSED / UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Refused or undeliverable orders that are returned to our facility will be processed like a standard return; this means all shipping costs, including return freight charges and any return-to-sender fees assessed by the shipping carrier, will be deducted from the product refund. Keep in mind that international orders which have been refused by the receiver or deemed undeliverable by the shipping carrier may be subject to duties, taxes, customs charges or brokerage fees on the return shipment. Northridge4x4 reserves the right to deduct these additional costs, in addition to all freight charges, from the product refund. If you would like to return an item it is recommended that all shipments be accepted and then sent back following our standard return process. Refusing a package has the potential to cause delays in return shipping as well as incur additional shipping charges.
