Getting back on the road from the trails has never been easier either, just turn the dial and you're ready for the surface streets
and highway again. With the EVO Manufacturing NoLimits Manual Sway Bar Disconnect you can ride the trails how you want to, without
having any sway bar links to remove.
Unrestricted Articulation
The EVO Manufacturing NoLimits Manual Sway Bar Disconnect allows you to disconnect the sway bar at anytime no matter what gear
you are in. There is no need to remove the sway bar links. You will get unrestricted articulation without any bounce, no pins to
pull, and no chance of puncturing a tire. You can go from being on the trails to on the freeway seamlessly with the sway bar
reconnecting it self to adjust to the more even ground. For proper use, you should use this product with the AEV ProCal Module or
similar computer programmer. This is to ensure that the sway bar light on the dashboard is off.
Fitment:
Jeep Wrangler JK
Jeep Wrangler JL
Jeep Gladiator JT
Important Note: To make your experience even easier we highly recommend installing the AEV ProCal Module or
other computer programmer to cut the sway bar light function on your dashboard. As a safety reminder NEVER exceed 20 mph when, and
only disconnect for off-road use.
This is a great option for when your electric disconnect goes belly up. Installs in minutes and does the job perfectly. Remembering to twist the knob at the start and end of the trail run is the hardest part.
I got this so that I could get rid of the crappy design of the electronic disconnect on mu Rubicon. To me this is so much easier and safer than the electronic disconnect.
Works great on JL/JT rubicon sway bars. I bought a JL rubicon sway bar from someone who replaced theirs with a Currie Antirock, and installed the JL SBD onto my Mojave with this knob. What bumper you have definitely depends on how easy it is to reach though, the knob is in the center of frame horns, right underneath the radiator. An OEM rubicon-style style hidden mount winch bumper would make accessing this difficult, and you may have to lay on the ground and access it from the bottom. I have a Smittybilt XRC front bumper and it was incredibly easy to reach it. Even after winch install its 10 seconds to disconnect, vs. pulling the pins on both sides of a traditional SBD. It works are a great replacement if your Rubicon SBD isn’t working and you don’t want to chase electrical issues.
I got a local take off from someone swapping over to an antirock. This was pretty easy to install.
Once on, it's also easy to access. The only thing is, there have been times when I forgot to reconnect the bar before hitting the highway. So that is the one downside.
But the upside, is that it is a ton easier to use than the teraflex disconnect I had on before.

Cheap alternative to $1200 swaybar motor2 years ago
Love that EVO came up with this amazing thing. Disconnects and reconnects your sway bar in 5 secs. My sway bar link switch on my 2019 JLUR was flashing saying disconnect unavailable. Took it to the shop and they wanted $1200 for parts only. Installed this in less than 10 mins. Thanks EVO
