The TeraFlex JK Dual Rate S/T Swaybar System is one of the most advanced manual sway bar disconnect systems available. The easy engagement knob allows quick shifting from trail to street in seconds. Ergonomically designed, simply twist the knob clockwise for trail use, and counterclockwise for street use. The dual rate S/T sway bar gives your JK Wrangler more flexibility and adaptability between highway and off-road handling. Two integrated torsion bars, one for highway handling and the other for off-road articulation. Internal bushing and forged high-clearance arm expands your Jeep’s capabilities on and of the trails While engaged, the “street” position gives a smooth highway ride and provides better resistance than the stock model sway bars. When disconnected, the “trail” position allows balanced vehicle control reducing body sway and off camber situations, while still allowing the suspension to fully cycle and articulate. This position allows the right amount of resistance and stability during side hill navigation to maintain vehicle control and stability against lean. Internal bushing allows both sway bars to rotate independently in the trail setting, eliminating tire-sway bar interference and giving you the best possible experience off-road. The forged high-clearance arm design allows for maximum wheel travel, while eliminating tire/sway bar interference and increasing overall strength. Fits all JK Wrangler models with 4"-6" of lift.
