The Poison Spyder Narrow Width Crusher Flares are constructed from 1.5" x .188" wall annealed aluminum structural tubing which forms the outer rub rail. The .188" tubing is significantly thicker than the standard .120" wall tubing that are used in the Poison Spyder Steel Crusher Flares. This means that these Crusher Flares in aluminum have a higher resistance to kinking, bending, and even crushing, than any competitor's aluminum flares that use .120" standard wall aluminum tubing. The Poison Spyder Narrow Width Crusher Flares Front Aluminum have a foundation of an aluminum mounting plate made of CNC laser cut, 3/16" thick aluminum that is precision brake formed in order to fit perfectly into JK's body panels and their subtle curves. The mounting holes are countersunk so that you can use flat-head stainless steel mounting hardware. Additionally, a CNC laser cut aluminum plate of 1/8" makes up the top plate and has been hand-formed around the curve of the Crusher Flare giving it a factory-grade appearance to match the organic JK body lines better than any other aftermarket options.

On top of the durable and aesthetically appealing design they also allow you to retain your factory wheel wells during installation. You have the option with these aftermarket flares to keep your factory wheel well liner intact so that your engine remains protected from road and trail debris. Retained wheel wells will also work to keep the Inner Braces concealed. This will help to ensure that your wheel wells have a well-finished and clean appearance. You will, of course, need to do a bit of trimming of the plastic wheel well to get the proper fit but your kit comes with all of the mounting brackets and hardware that you will need to re-install your trimmed-up wheel well.
