I fun the Fox 2.0 4-6" lift shocks with my RockKrawler 4.5" X-Factor lift kit on my 2007 JKU. When installing these will the shocks I have work in the rear or would you recommend swapping to the Fox 2.0 1.5-3.5" lift shocks for the rear only?

A: Yes, I would go to the 1.5-3.5 shocks for the rear, when you install these.
