I want to start off by saying no Northridge has exceptional customer service I was able to get someone on the phone and not be put on hold at all like the previous company I tried to order from in which I had to cancel my order because I was given the run around and couldn’t even get a eta of when my order would ship out after 3 WEEKS, the gentleman I talked to on the phone was able to answer all my questions and tell me what they had in stock, shipping was amazing shipped out the day I placed my order! Now to the drag link it’s amazing super heavy duty pretty easy to install and made my steering amazing feels like a brand new Jeep. Definitely recommend the steersmart drag link and north ridge 4x4!
