Hello, will I need to relocate the vacuum pump to install the LOD destroyer stubby part JFB0703, on a 2018 JKU Rubicon? A reviewer said he had to but cannot find anywhere else this is mentioned. Also, what is the total weight of this bumper with the bull bar?

Can the recovery hooks still be used for recovery with the plate installed? Can the grill still be removed for changing headlight bulbs and such?
